Description of Actual Service Provided: assessment of existing project related documents including initial environmental examination (IEE) and environmental assessment and review framework (EARF) of the on-going project (Earthquake Emergency Assistance Project – EEAP), conduct IEE with preparation of environmental management plan (EMP) and update EARF for the proposed DR-PSIC; prepare environmental monitoring checklist and guidelines for environment friendly implementation of the project and support in strengthening the institutional capacity of the EA and IA in mainstreaming environmental safeguards in their operation
