Narrative description of the Project: Upgrading to all weather road

Description of Actual Service Provided: Preparation of Terms of Reference (ToR) and Report on Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) study, which includes: (a) Preparation and approval of ToR for IEE study, (b) baseline data collection of biophysical, socio-economic as well as cultural environment, (c) public consultation, (d) Preparation of draft and final IEE report of entire projects, presentation of the report in the Ministry, (e) incorporation of comments and approval of the report from the concerned government line agencies (Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development, MFALD)
