Description of Actual Service Provided: provide an assessment of the E&S impacts related to the existing ULAB Management System (UMS); to assess the potential E&S impacts of the improved system; to develop and list mitigation measures; and to describe the steps to be undertaken by the developer of the domestic ULAB recycling facility (i.e. the secondary lead smelter) to receive the necessary permits and environmental approvals.
